The complete "15-Point Bike Prep Service" will thoroughly prepare your bike for raceday. Let us take the hassle out of weekly bike prep. Our in-house technician will carefully go through the following 15-Points and make sure your bike is "Race-Ready" for the next competition.
POWER-CLEAN
Plastics, motor parts, and components thoroughly washed and/or cleaned with appropriate cleaning agent.
AIR FILTER
"Twin Air Care" - Wash, dry, and fully lube air filter with Twin Air high performance air filter oil.
WHEEL BEARINGS
Remove dust covers, clean out all dirt & debris, degrease and
re-pack with high performance water-proof grease.
BRAKES
Clean and inspect pads and calipers. Bleeding and adjustments made according to wear & tear.
SWINGARM
Remove swingarm bolt, dust seals, clean out all dirt & debris, degrease and re-pack all bearings with water-proof grease.
STEERING HEAD
Remove triple clamp, clean out all dirt & debris, degrease and re-pack all bearings with water-proof grease.
CLUTCH CABLE
Clean & lube cables and levers to ensure proper operation and help keep arm pump and cramping to a minimum.
THROTTLE ASSEMBLY
Adjust, Clean, & Lube throttle body assembly.
Ensure proper cable-to-carb operation.
CARBURETOR (Non EFI Bikes)
Drain float bowls, inspect and clean bowls. Adjust air & idle screws. Ensure proper throttle cable operation.
COMPRESSION TEST
Compression test performed and recorded. Allowing you to know how close you are to a top-end rebuild.
CHAIN / SPROCKETS
Chemical clean chain. Re-install with proper tension and lube with Maxima Chain Wax. Inspect front & rear sprockets.
WHEEL TRUING
Inspect laces, tighten and adjust properly. Straighten & align front & rear wheels.
TIRES
Remove, inspect, and re-install (after wheel truing). Fill with proper air pressure according to recommended spec.
REASSEMBLE
Reassemble bike and torque everything to OEM spec.
Loc-Tite applied to parts as needed

Checklist of all services performed and a list of recommended parts & services to be replaced/performed in accordance to OEM service specs.
